Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m so glad you’re here!
What clients say about working with me:
Alice, Portland, OR, Fall 2025:
“Lisa has a way of turning big, overwhelming thoughts into simple, actionable steps. I found myself actually doing the things I’d been putting off for months!”
Jill, Portland, OR, January 2026:
“Lisa helped me organize my thoughts around challenges that felt overwhelming and then identify some clear goals and a doable road map to inch my way towards them. Because of the clarity I found working with Lisa, I was able to create boundaries, build bridges, and find empathy and connection in relationships where I had felt resentment and distance.”
Elizabeth, Charlottesville, VA, Winter 2025:
“Working with Lisa during a transitional time in my life struck just the right balance of compassion and accountability. She created a warm, authentic space where I could work towards new personal understanding and develop career goals for my future. I am so glad I made time for this supported personal growth.
I love coaching people to create the life they want. Working with a coach can be a life-changing experience, and whom you choose to coach with makes a big difference. Here’s a bit about me to help you discern if we might be a good fit.
I am a born east coaster who’s lived out west since I was 21. San Francisco was where I started and it stole my heart. Now I’m in Portland, Oregon, where the hiking, camping and our beautiful coast are a huge draw for me.
I am a mom to two — currently early 20 somethings - and prior to coaching had a long career in the non-profit and government sectors, focused on social justice and environmental protection. My progressive values run deep, and the spaces I hold for clients are inclusive. While I happily coach anyone on most concerns, my passion lies in interpersonal communication skills, intentional living, career alignment, self-awareness, parenting, dating // intimate partner relationships, and life transitions (of all sorts!).
I love coaching because it helps people - like you - get under the hood, so to speak, to identify meaningful next steps and figure out to how to get there. It’s your journey, with me as your compassionate thought partner and cheerleader.
The best way to know if I’d be an effective coach for you is for us to meet — which is why I offer free 30-minute “discovery” conversations. You can book one here. I look forward to connecting soon and hearing what’s going on for you.
You can learn more about me on LinkedIn, too!
